Seth Haley, known by his stage name Com Truise, is an American electronic musician and DJ. His stage name is a spoonerism of the name of American actor Tom Cruise. Haley is from Oneida, New York, and now resides in Orlando, Florida. In February 2022, Com Truise produced the music for Coinbase's viral Super Bowl LVI advertisement. He sampled the Beatles' cover of "Money (That's What I Want)". In April 2022, he released a course on producing music with online music school Soundfly. Truise's sound is synthesizer-heavy synthwave, influenced by 1980s musical styles, as first offered on the Cyanide Sisters EP. All of the Com Truise albums, starting with Cyanide Sisters and ending with Iteration, tell the story of a space traveller named Com Truise; Haley described the character as a "synthetic astronaut", and the story as a tale about escaping an oppressed society. Truise uses a mix of digital and analogue hardware, including emulations of classic synthesisers and romplers. According to a 2015 MusicRadar interview, his DAWs of choice are Reason and Ableton.

David Scatliffe, better known as Scattle, is a producer, DJ, graphic designer and indie game developer from California. He is best known for his composing on video games like Hotline Miami, Super Meat Boy and Furi. Scattle had early jazz music influences from his family and school. He later was influenced from French Electro. However, he has developed a particular music style characterized as a "very authentic retro version of electro". He has stated that Souleye, composer of the VVVVVV soundtrack, was an important mentor in his musical work. Scattle begun making very simple video games at an early age. He uses retro softwares for his artistic work, like Gamemaker Studio 1.4 for video game design and Renoise 3 for music production. As the artist himself stated, the idea of the Scattle persona came from a power socket in which he put a paper clip when he was at school. Since 2020, Scattle has a parallel project called AR°VR under which he releases more experimental albums.

My Mine - Hypnotic Tango (Extended Version) - 1983

In 2016, original members Carlo Malatesta and Danilo Rosati reformed My Mine with Ilaria Melis as its vocalist, releasing two singles, "Like a Fool" and "Love is in the Sky" followed by related videoclip. On September 2023, as to celebrate the 40th anniversary of "Hypnotic Tango", dj Benny Benassi and Albertino released a new remix of the song which reached over 400,000 streams during the first month. At the same time the band plans finally a new EP for 2024 signing with AbNormal Music and working with the italian producer D4D (Giovanni De Rosa).

My Mine is an Italo disco group formed in Terni, Italy in 1983.

Their debut album Stone was produced by Mauro Malavasi and recorded at Fonoprint Studios in Bologna. My Mine's first single, "Hypnotic Tango", became an international hit across Europe. After the release of their first single, the band recorded their second single titled "Zorro". Wanting to pursue a more innovative sound for "Zorro", the band spent roughly a month working on it. However the trio made the mistake of leaving behind the sound that made "Hypnotic Tango" popular turning "Zorro" into a commercial failure.

After the failure of their second single, the band suffered through a tumultuous period. The band was advised by their production team to choose an English singer over Stefano Micheli. Arriving from London, Darren Hatch took the role of main vocalist in 1985. With a new vocalist, My Mine began work on their first album, Stone. The band's intention focused on recovering the popularity and fame from their first single. Their last attempt at this was with "Can Delight", which the production deemed worthy play since it was "catchy" and according to them, "could bring them back to the fore". However, "Can Delight" did not prove enough and in 1986, the band broke off after the release of "Can Delight". After the split of My Mine, the group members spent a couple of years composing songs but without being able to produce any of them. In the words of Stefano Micheli: "Then gradually the many hours of work devoted to experimenting with new styles and new sounds began to seem sterile; at least some of us. We parted amicably."
